Description
Learn simple, practical techniques to reduce stress, calm the body, and reconnect with inner peace. In this class, participants will be introduced to the basics of tapping and a few other easy‑to‑use stress relief practices. We’ll spend plenty of time on hands‑on practice, with opportunities for questions and discussion. Online participants are encouraged to prepare a quiet, comfortable space, and in‑person attendees will be able to practice together in the room.
