Description
The trip to the local orchard is always fun, but now what do we do with all those apples!?! More than just pie, learn some fun and creative ways to use up the bounty of Autumn. Quick and failproof Apple Sauce, Apple Crisp or Crumble and good old fashion baked apples with brown butter and cinnamon.
Before class, our chef will send you some BYOB options for those who want to make a spiked cider or apple sangria! (2-person discount).
